Замена задних колодок Опель Корса Д

  • Ключ на 17 мм баллонного типа (если придется снимать тормозной диск).
  • Ключ на 13 мм. Понадобится, чтобы разобрать суппорт и открутить колодки для замены.
  • Обычная отвертка для вдавливания тормозного цилиндра.
  • Густая смазывающая жидкость и перчатки.

Шаг 1
Поднимаем автомобиль при помощи подъемного устройства или домкрата, устанавливаем подпоры с противоположной стороны. Предварительно на земле ослабеваем колесные гайки.

Используя баллонный ключ на 17 мм, снимаем колесо и кладем его под порог автомобиля, дабы предотвратить неустойчивость автомобиля.

Используя ключ на 13 мм, снимаем колодки и оцениваем состояние. При необходимости заменяем. Главное во время сборки в обратной последовательности их не перепутать, так как они отличаются. Раскладываем их на стол в соответствующей последовательности.

Снимаем суппорт и при помощи ключа на 19 мм ослабеваем две гайки, которые находятся за суппортом. Если не удается их открутить, предварительно наносим смазывающую жидкость и оставляем на 5 минут.

Как правило, болты там очень ржавые и трудно откручиваются.

Тормозной диск установлен при помощи двух болтов на 30 мм.

Для этого берем головку, специально предназначенную под торкс и откручиваем их. Также незабываем предварительно смазать. Демонтируем диск. Если рукой не снимается, слегка стучим по нему кувалдой.

Очищаем ступицу от коррозийных процессов, также от грязи и чистим все находящиеся резьбы. Иначе во время хорошей скорости они начнут бить, что не очень приятно.

Если диск необходимо менять, устанавливаем новый и собираем все в обратной последовательности.
