Замена ремня ГРМ Киа Рио делается раз в 60 тыс. км. Большинство автовладельцев меняет гораздо реже, особенно если живут на Западе. Это объясняется условиями эксплуатации. В стране, где климат не столь суров, ремень ГРМ не работает в экстремальном режиме. Запуская двигатель на морозе, ремень испытывает значительные нагрузки.

Оригинальные изделия расширяются, и зубья не попадают в положенные отверстия, в результате чего образуются трещины. Если ремень рвется, это приводит к встрече поршней и клапанов. Поэтому многие устанавливают неоригинальные ремни таких производителей, как Контитех или Гейтс.

Изначально изучаем мануал по эксплуатации автомобилем и приступаем к замене.

Шаг 1
Подтягиваем ручник на автомобиле и демонтируем переднее правое колесо, а после защиту, которая закрывает ремни в нижней части.Тормозной диск Киа Рио

Крепится тремя клипсами и болтом. Отверткой клипсы не выкручиваем, а вынимаем изнутри при помощи плоскогубец.

Шаг 2
Отвинчиваем гайку, которая крепит механизм шкивов непосредственно к маховику. Изначально стучим молотком. Производим несильные, но довольно резкие удары — наша задача не сломать болт, а пошевелить. Несколько удлинителей устанавливаем на вороток с головкой на 21 мм.

Шаг 3
Чтобы не было столь тесно под капотом автомобиля, снимаем одну фару и бачок стеклоочистителя, включая емкость гидроусилителя. Сливаем жидкость, ведь все равно необходимо ее менять один раз в 50 тыc. км.

Шаг 4
Автомобиль подпираем чем-то и домкратим подушки двигателя. Правую опору демонтируем. Откручиваем несколько болтов помпы. Также откручиваем крепление гидронасоса усилителя рулевого колеса. Используя Г-образный ключ на 14 мм, удерживаем его от проворачивания. Если ключом отвернуть не удается, используем зубило. Отвинчиваем крепление ремня системы кондиционирования и вынимаем. Затем откручиваем закрепляющую гайку генератора и механизм натяжения. Вынимаем генераторный ремень.

Шаг 5
Демонтируем шкив водяного насоса и несколько механизмов с коленчатого вала. Снимаем пластину направления с коленчатого вала.

Снимаем шкив помпы охлаждения и блок шкивов с коленвала. Расшатываем направляющую при помощи специальных рычагов, которые можно упереть с обратной стороны. В случае сильного перекоса, сажаем молотком в установочное место и повторяем процедуру повторно.

Шаг 6
Для одевания ремня ГРМ изначально устанавливаем на шкив ролик, проверяем совпадения меток. Устанавливаем направляющую и болт коленчатого вала. Затем производим несколько оборотов коленчатого вала и смотрим на обозначенные метки.

Регулируем ремень при помощи специальных роликов натяжения. Смотрим, чтобы все метки совпали, фиксируем в обратной последовательности. Момент затяжки болта шкивов должен быть около 16 Кг*м при нажатии тормоза и включения первой передачи.

Шаг 7
После окончания сборки заводим двигатель на одну минуту и слушаем, хорошо ли он работает, не гудит ли ремень или ролики. Если все хорошо, процесс замены ремня ГРМ Киа Рио можно считать завершенным.
